This paper reports that an atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge plasma jet, which uses argon or argon + hydrogen peroxide vapour as the working gas, is designed to sterilize the bacillus subtilis. Compared with the pure argon plasma, the bacterial inactivation efficacy has a significant improvement when hydrogen peroxide vapour is added into the plasma jet. In order to determine which factors play the main role in inactivation, several methods are used, such as determination of optical emission spectra, high temperature dry air treatment, protein leakage quantification, and scanning electron microscope. These results indicate that the possible inactivation mechanisms are the synergistic actions of chemically active species and charged species. 相似文献

Namely, if is a completely bounded Fourier multiplier on , then it extends to the crossed-product with similar bounds provided that the action θ is amenable and trace-preserving. Furthermore, our construction also allows to extend G-equivariant completely bounded operators acting on the space part to the crossed-product provided that the generalized Følner sets of the action θ satisfy certain accretivity property. The concept of (stable) weak containment for measure-preserving actions of a countable group Γ is analogous to the classical notion of (stable) weak containment of unitary representations. If Γ is amenable then the Rokhlin lemma shows that all essentially free actions are weakly equivalent. However if Γ is non-amenable then there can be many different weak and stable weak equivalence classes. Our main result is that the set of stable weak equivalence classes naturally admits the structure of a Choquet simplex. For example, when this simplex has only a countable set of extreme points but when Γ is a nonamenable free group, this simplex is the Poulsen simplex.
